It's hard to explain beyond "it's Sollux". He breaks rules, even when they're universal constants.

The idea of a family with Pokémon is laughable.

My family's made up of quite the fe~w different species. Not everyone's human.

[The trolls make it common knowledge that they're trolls, so he figures he can use them as an example.

He's also starting to get a little offended; taking the micky out of his family is a level that he dislikes.]

More displays of mindless muscle. He really does have a one-track mind, Miss Kneesocks.

And on top of that, he actually thinks it's the size that matters!

Of course the size matters! A big, powerhouse Pokémon's gonna be able to hold its own way better than something small and stompable!

And that's coming from a guy who has a whole army of small minions. Sure, they can be just as devastating, but they're a step below the real bruisers!
