Well, yeah! I get having strict training and regulations, but this Pokémon training thing's a whole different story. In a place like this, I bet the only rules would be pansy little restrictions like playing nice and not letting your Pokémon beat their enemies into the ground.

I don't care if my team's civilized as long as they're the toughest minions around!

[As if to prove his point, he turns his camera on his gigantic, 12' Salamence, who lets out a rattling roar before sinking his teeth into a poor, helpless Jigglypuff before hurling it at a tree.]
