Rule #001 // audio // Conserve Energy Wherever Possible
[ The feed crackles, turning on with a scuffling noise. A faint clinking of what might be silverware can be heard, and after a pause, two voices. ]
Such a backwoods establishment...is your training progressing smoothly, Miss Kneesocks?
Indeed... More smoothly than I had expected, given the standard rate at which our colleagues in training have progressed.
My, how fortunate! Could you have been gifted with a more talented Pokémon? Or do the others’ issues lie elsewhere, I wonder...
You may be onto something, dear sister... Perhaps the discrepancy is caused not by an excess of ability in our Pokémon, but a lack of ability on the part of our peers’...
[ The higher-pitched voice gasps in apparent concern. ]
A tragic case of neglect, isn’t it? Such sophomoric boors shouldn’t be trusted with hermit crabs, let alone caring for intelligent beings. Doesn’t anyone here practice proper discipline? Are there no rrrrrules to training at all?
Well said, well said!-... Ah, dear sister, it seems we’ve left the recording on.
Goodness, what a dreadful mistake.....
[ A moment’s pause. ]
...the battery might run low!
[ And with a click, the feed ends.]

And while I might not have my hundreds of loyal minions, what I do have could beat the snot outta your dinky bat any day. Rex is just a small sampling of my impressive armada of awesome! Behold some of my other underlings!
[A series of red flashes reveals more hulking beasts. A Torterra emerges from her ball with a thundering roar, while a Steelix coils around a couple of trees. A Magmortar sends lightning bolts crashing to the ground, while a Weezing cloaks the area with smoke. To top it all off, the sound of white noise crackles all around, as an over-sized Haunter emerges from the smoke.]
And that ain't even half of 'em!

More displays of mindless muscle. He really does have a one-track mind, Miss Kneesocks.

[OH-HOHOHOHOHOHOHO]

And that's coming from a guy who has a whole army of small minions. Sure, they can be just as devastating, but they're a step below the real bruisers!
